02. February 2024 (NL): ERCA-Industry-Day in the Netherlands

12. March 2024 (UK): ERCA Annual General Meeting (in-person in UK, "Satellite-Meeting") & Presentations
For the first time, we are holding the general meeting as a “satellite meeting” at two European venues at the same time. As members, you will take part in person at one of the two venues. At the English location it is organized as a day event with 2 or 3 lectures on other current topics. Here you can find the registration and more information.

12.-14. March 2024 (DE): ERCA Annual General Meeting (in-person in DE, "Satelliten-Meeting") combined with the German Conference "Zukunft Gestalten"

On 12. March 2024 we will also start with the ERCA Annual General Meeting at the meeting venue in Germany and hold as "Satellite-Meeting", for you to aqttend in-person.

Directly the next day, on 13. March 2024, our cross-association conference entitled "Zukunft Gestalten" will start for the first time. The core of the conference is the exchange and development of new partnerships between all those involved with school trips, day programs, excursions, recreation programs and trips for children and young people. The variety is very large and sometimes it's difficult to keep an overview. For this reason, we as associations are now hosting the conference to bring as many of you together in one place for the specialist conference. That way you can find new program offerings, new accommodation, new travel/service providers, new concepts and more networks can be developed. Just take a look at the member directories of the following participating associations (alphabetical list) and see what exciting diversity can come together: BundesForum Kinder- und Jugendreisen e.V., Bundesverband Individual- und Erlebnispädagogik e.V., European Ropes Course Association e.V., Fachverband deutscher Sprachschulen und Sprachreise-Veranstalter e.V. as well as Reisenetz - Deutscher Fachverband für Jugendreisen e.V..

In order for the synergies to really take off, it is of course important that you get involved and take part!

In addition to networking, there will be 3 workshop and lecture slots spread throughout the day on March 13, 2024 with around 3 offers per time slot on topics of organizational management (finance, human resources, law), practical hands-on workshops (experiential education, inclusion, protection concepts) and evening program. More information about the program content will be available to you from January.

On 14. March 2024 the other two members meetings from Bundesverband Individual- und Erlebnispädagogik e.V. and Fachverband deutscher Sprachschulen und Sprachreise-Veranstalter e.V. will take place at the same venue.
